I was born into a large and lively family with seven siblings, where laughter, movement, and constant action were part of every day. Taking care of my younger siblings was a natural part of life for me\u2014at the time, I didn&#8217;t even realize I was already learning the foundations of the work I love today.  <\/p><p data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"997\">Gradually, I realized that working with children fulfills me more than anything else. I am fascinated by their uniqueness, openness, and natural curiosity. Every child has their own rhythm, temperament, and way of exploring the world. My mission is to be a safe and kind guide for them in that process.   <\/p><hr data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1002\"><h4><strong data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1044\">The Path to Professional Childcare<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1225\">Babysitting within the family gradually became my profession. I started working as a nanny for various families, where I gained experience with children of all ages\u2014from infants to school-aged children. <\/p><p data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1379\">I learned an individual approach, communication, emotional support, creative ways of motivation, and also that true care begins with patience and respect.<\/p><p data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1555\">I strive to be someone who can calm children down, encourage them, and make them laugh. Someone they can trust. <\/p><hr data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1560\"><h4><strong data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1600\">How I Joined Bran\u00ed\u010dek<\/strong><\/h4><p>I was brought to Bran\u00ed\u010dek by the owner, Zuzka, for whom I had already worked for over two years as a nanny in her agency <a href=\"https:\/\/www.susies.cz\/\">Susie&#8217;s Babysitting.<\/a> I love the approach here\u2014no rush, no pressure, just a calm and quiet place where children can develop at their own pace.<\/p><p data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1928\">I also enjoy the close cooperation with parents, the opportunity to observe the children&#8217;s progress, and being part of their small but significant achievements.<\/p><p data-start=\"1930\" data-end=\"1946\">At Bran\u00ed\u010dek, I lead:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1948\" data-end=\"2107\"><li data-start=\"1948\" data-end=\"2007\"><p data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"2007\"><strong data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"1989\">Morning Club for children aged 2.5\u20135<\/strong> (Tuesday\u2013Thursday)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2059\"><p data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2059\"><strong data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2049\">Creative Workshops for parents and children<\/strong> (Friday)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2107\"><p data-start=\"2062\" data-end=\"2107\"><strong data-start=\"2062\" data-end=\"2099\">Creative Workshops for children aged 5\u201310<\/strong> (Tuesday)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2289\">Every program is different, but they all share one thing: children have the space to develop their imagination, fine motor skills, social skills, and self-confidence\u2014all in a playful and natural way.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2291\" data-end=\"2294\"><h4><strong data-start=\"2299\" data-end=\"2329\">What I Enjoy Most About My Work<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2584\">I enjoy watching a child gradually grow\u2014how they gain new skills, how they become more confident, and how they find joy in creating or playing.<br data-start=\"2460\" data-end=\"2463\">I love it when children laugh, when they ask questions, when they create, when they focus, and when they discover. Every day brings something new. <\/p><p data-start=\"2586\" data-end=\"2862\">In the creative workshops, I love the moments when children truly immerse themselves in the process, relax, and let their hands &#8220;speak&#8221; for them. It&#8217;s wonderful when they leave proud of their creation\u2014but I&#8217;m even happier when they leave in a good mood and with the experience that creating is a joy, not a duty. <\/p><h4><strong data-start=\"3024\" data-end=\"3047\">My Approach to Children<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"3049\" data-end=\"3087\">My style of working with children is based on:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3089\" data-end=\"3275\"><li data-start=\"3089\" data-end=\"3114\"><p data-start=\"3091\" data-end=\"3114\"><strong data-start=\"3091\" data-end=\"3114\">calmness and patience<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3115\" data-end=\"3154\"><p data-start=\"3117\" data-end=\"3154\"><strong data-start=\"3117\" data-end=\"3154\">understanding individual needs<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3155\" data-end=\"3179\"><p data-start=\"3157\" data-end=\"3179\"><strong data-start=\"3157\" data-end=\"3179\">kind communication<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3180\" data-end=\"3215\"><p data-start=\"3182\" data-end=\"3215\"><strong data-start=\"3182\" data-end=\"3215\">clear, safe boundaries<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3216\" data-end=\"3237\"><p data-start=\"3218\" data-end=\"3237\"><strong data-start=\"3218\" data-end=\"3237\">creative guidance<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3238\" data-end=\"3275\"><p data-start=\"3240\" data-end=\"3275\"><strong data-start=\"3240\" data-end=\"3275\">respect for each child&#8217;s pace<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3277\" data-end=\"3462\">I believe that children thrive where they feel accepted. Where no one pushes them, but at the same time, someone clearly guides them.
